How Will I Receive My Personalized Program?
You will receive an invitation to your customized personal program via email. I utilize a platform called fitSW, which can be used as a mobile app or in a web browser. In the software, you will be able to view your entire program and what workouts you have each day. There are video examples of each exercise to reference, and you will be able to follow along within the software during your workout. Your progress will also be tracked from week to week within the app.

We will have a consultation call where we will further discuss your goals and I will explain how to use the fitSW software, as well as a price for your program. It's a very easy platform to learn, and it helps you organize your workouts all in one place.
How Much Does a Program Cost?
The price of your program will vary depending on how many workouts per week are included in it. Below are the typical price points for the number of workout sessions per week. Prices may slightly vary depending on goals and nutritional guidance needed.
3 days per week = 125
