My name is Mike Spillane, and I am a certified personal trainer, I earned my accreditation through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I also received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of New England in Applied Exercise Science. I have been doing online personal training for the past two years, and I've helped over 100 clients reach their health and fitness goals. I love to exercise, primarly though running and weightlifting. But I also enjoyed playing football, basketball, and lacrosse growing up.
Why I Became a Personal Trainer
I've always been involved with sports and exercise, ever since I was a young kid. I've experienced many benefits from regularly exercising, and I want to help others experience those same benefits. Playing sports and exercising helped increase my physical, mental, and emotional health while I was growing up and going through college. I often found myself feeling better both physically and mentally after lacrosse practice or after a great workout.
I want to use my knowledge and experience to help as many people as possible receive the same benefits I have gained from exercise in my lifetime.
My focus is to keep training simple and fun. While optimizing your results and time. I want to help you find your purpose for training and get you the best possible results.
